Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process

- Include photos/videos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method with in 5 days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
- For other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
